Internal Community Management/Lifecycle- & Task-Model

The community management lifecycle developped by Cogneon contains three basic phases:
- Start a Community
- Operate a Community
- Develop a Community
For every phase a set of tasks is defined to give the community manager orientation for his daily work. Altogether there are 24 community manager tasks divided into 8 task packages. The number in brackets behind the task package indicates the number of tasks in the individual task package. This enables the delegation of tasks within communities which are managed by multiple community managers.
