Der CoP-Coordinator spielt eine Rolle in der Methode Communities of Practice (Wenger). Die Rolle ist ähnlich dem Scrum Master bei Scrum.

Aufgaben

  • Wichtige Themen innerhalb des Wissensgebiets der CoP identifizieren 
  • Veranstaltungen planen und durchführen. Dies ist der sichtbarste Aspekt des CoP-Koordinators.
