Die Fokussierung lag dabei auf einer jeweils nationalen Trendbeschreibung des Einsatzes von IT-Tools des Wissensmanagements aus Sicht von ausgewählten ExpertInnen. Die Befragung ist nicht repräsentativ sondern explorativ angelegt.
